What are the best strategies for a Buy To Let Mortgages? Please Help Out!!!

- Choosing one?
- Selling one?
- Paying off?
- Determining the type (fixed rate, variable rate; annuity etc)?
Stategies are for DOING things (verbs), not for things itself (nouns). And writing incorrect English ("a mortgages", bad use of capitals) surely is a bad strategy for selling them.

Two days ago he announced "I have decided to start a new online business providing SEO and Link building Services." So maybe he was asking for the best way to promote Buy to Let mortgages on the internet? Hey, that's another verb, promote.
