Buy it again?

Building a new PC, planning on cloning my hard drive from another PC (with windows 10) onto an SSD to put in the new one. Will I have to buy Windows 10 again?

as previously stated, it depends on the license

1. if oem or system builders or originally came with the computer - you cannot reuse it
2. if upgraded to win10 and was originally oem or system builders - you cannot use it
3. if full retail version, you can reuse it but it must be removed from old computer.
