Buy Here Pay Here Software

Apr 21, 2010 4:05AM PDT

I would like to solicit an opinion from any automotive dealers who have used Buy Here Pay Here Software. I am looking at a product called AutoPal ( I like it since the software is web-based so I don't have to pay for a license for every computer at my dealership. Any opinions on AutoPal or any other BHPH software?

AutoPal Reply

We have used AutoPal for a few months now, it is awesome. Just like any change it took a bit to change over systems but now I would never move. They have everything I've been looking for! My staff can find all of their answers or just call tech support -- try getting that from those other guys. Good luck, hope that helps

Good Pick

Good pick for auto loan software.

First, the software is fully web based. This allows me to view my finance company regardless of my geographical location. Being fully web base also allows my wife to help service borrowers accounts from home. This has delayed our need to hire an additional employee.

Second, the AutoPal Software does just about everything. Most software companies clout how great their software is but ultimately fall short. After using AutoPal's Loan Servicing Software for over a year I have yet to find a need my lending company has that has not be robustly addressed.
