business Week : Why Ballmer Bailed on Yahoo

by dzr_greg / May 9, 2008 8:53 PM PDT

This article is a interesting analyse about possible reasons why Ballmer and microsoft turned down their offer on Yahoo.

I like this little attack on the Zune (for those who likes the zune lol) :
"Yet none of this compared with the scorn he encountered among his own Microsofties, who saw the offer as yet another chapter in the continuing saga of overpriced acquisitions, sluggish innovation (Zune anyone?), and ineffective online strategies."

What are the overpriced acquisitions they did lately ? Does Facebook is consider overprice ?
