Business Owner but not a techie

One of my employees manages our network. Does the network track usage history, and can it be set up that he can see what I'm doing? What kinds of history might the network computer track? Everyone's internet goes through the network ocmputer - does it track everyone's internet history, or is it tracked on only the individual computers?

You have nothing but a pile of Windows machines that you bought from everywhere. The answer is that no central tracking would happen.

It's not automatic, and not a feature of your usual ad hoc collection of PCs at the usual work place.

thanks much - it's always a bit difficult when you can't ask your IT people if they are tracking you.......I just try to be as careful with financial info as possible - that's my main concern.
