Question

BUSINESESSES writing reviews on customers

Mar 5, 2016 10:23AM PST

Is this something that is of value to business owners? Here is a B2B website where BUSINESSES can write reviews on customers. Take a look at www.contractorscustomers.com . It is well done and professional. It is kind of like a “reverse Angie’s list”. What do buisness owners think of this?

In some countries if you name a private individual that is not a celeb or political person you need to talk to your lawyer if you are violating privacy laws. Let's hope this is not in public view.

If you join the site and write a review you will see that you can not get off point, it keep everything very professional . It is a questionnaire asking questions that provide valuable information. Such as: "Would you work for this customer again"? Would you recommend this customer to another business owner"? "Were you paid in full"? etc. The answers are yes, no, or neutral.
