Burning Sony mini DVD to Regular size DVD

Jun 11, 2006 3:42AM PDT

I have a Sony HandyCam model DCR-DVD 403. Mini discs are only 30 minutes long and I would like to know how I can compile our Hawaii trip ( 3-30 min discs ) onto 1- 120 min disc. It doesn't make sense to have to view 3 different discs to view our trip. Presently we are using DVD-RW so that we can re-write over them minimizing costs. No where in my operating guide explains how to do this. It seems that you can only use mini discs

Try Sony Vegas Movie Studio

I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio+DVD and it works PHENOMENALLY WELL.I have done the same thing as you. I went to Hawaii and made 3 miniDVD discs. I wanted something to put them together and edit some unnecessary clips. This has worked GREAT for me. Here's the link:(bottom left one on the website)

Is sort of expensive but I'm sure you can find a deal online. I used my student discount and got $30 dollars off it. Hehe. Happy Good luck!
