Ahead's Nero isn't that difficult to use, and Intervideo's WinDVD makes the process quite simple...it pretty much walks you through it step by step. Both programs have free trials (30 days, I believe), then cost $80 and $40, respectfully. (Nero costs more because it's much more advanced.)
Now, you mentioned that you downloaded these videos from Limewire and other P2P sources. Given that, you may want to consider that over 90% of the content on P2P networks is copyrighted and pirated, and thus illegal to upload, download, and/or manipulate. If the videos you downloaded fall in that ninety percentile, you'll find no help with downloading, burning, or playing such content, as it's against forum policies. However, you would be eligible to receive assistance removing all of the malware your computer is likely filled with, though the first step would be to remove all P2P software.
