CDBurnerXP

CDBurnerXP will run on Vista just fine. Don't let the XP bit at the end of the name throw you off, it will run on Vista just fine.

DVD Burn

Will this program burn DVDs or is it limited to CDs?

I've used it to

Burn ISO to DVD.

On the CDBURNERXP home page it writes "CDBurnerXP is a free application to burn CDs and DVDs, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs."

I'm unsure why you asked. Can you tell a little more?

DVD Burn

I hadn't checked the site when I answered but am relieved to finally get a pgm to burn DVDs. I was really getting frustrated trying to find a suitable pgm. I was beginning to thunk that vista blocked such pgms.

Can you tell a little more.

One member didn't tell they wanted to make a Video DVD. After all this they didn't reveal that but at least we could them offer DVD FLICK.
