Burn dvd on dvd rom

I have a cd burner and a dvd rom on my machine. Is there any way I can burn a dvd?

an external DVD Burner or replace the one in your computer to have everything.

You'll have to go with Rick's suggestions, or in addition to those, find another system you can use with a DVD burner and use that. A CD burner cannot burn DVDs. They may look the same, but they aren't.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
