If not, it's easy to write in a language like vbscript. Creating a batchfile from Excel even seems trivial.

Hi,
I am not sure if this is possible but I have a large number
of folders ,3000+, of family pics that I have been asked
to create cds' and dvds' of but they need renaming.
They are named like this
Jones, Adam
Jones, Ben
etc
I would like to rename them to
Adam Jones
Ben Jones
etc
If this is possible does anyone know of any cheap or free
software that will do this?

How to select text VERTICALLY.
Rare, forgotten feature.

I know Word has down this for years.
WordStar did it too.
But can't see to make it happen in Chrome, FireFox or IE.

in several scenarios just now, but doesn't work in DOS, nor Thunderbird email, nor Linux Pluma text editor, nor Terminal. Here's a blast from the past, what I used in the 80's. I liked it better than Word Perfect.
