I built a computer last weekend using a seasonic atx550, Skylake intelcore i5 6500, an ASROCK H170M Pro4 [ motherboard, Intel HD Graphics 530, and Kingston HyperX FURY Black 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL14 DIMM . I installed Windows 10 Pro, and installed all drivers supplied by the AsRock installation cd-rom.. This is my case, if it matters -
The computer won't turn on with 2 sticks of RAM loaded in the computer. The computer only boots with 1 stick, in the first pci slot. I tried inputting 1 chip into another slot besides the first and my computer did not boot up. I've tested dual sticks in 1+3, 2+4 as well as single sticks in 1, 2, 3, 4. The computer will not boot. It will only boot with 1 stick, and that 1 stick only functions in slot 1. Any ideas?
