Built admin password protected

i have windows xp sp3 with builtin admin for which i have put password
now when starting it ask password & after putting correct/incorrect password again it display enter ur password .I have logoffed guest account .I am not able to access it only i can turnoff.I have DVD of WINdows xp sp3.There s no option displayed in os

If there are no passwords, you'll never be asked. Once you create a password, you're challenged. If it fails, you've entered an incorrect password.

BTW. Are there more than one user? If not, why passwords?

I have downloaded offline NT password reset but when I run Boot from Cd my laptop starts with admin A/c asking for password.whether the data on cd s incorrect or i have to take only file & not folder on Offline Nt password reset, I press F12 for boot . Any other solution.

I have downloaded NTPASSWORD Reset when I boot the cd the following s displayed..

Using DPMS DOS protected Mode Services
Cache size : 7670 KB (XMS)
minimum cache : 1024 KB
write -through drivers :A B

Current options:
/MLX program is loaded into conventional and XMS memory using DPMS
/BL=16 Lookahead buffer is in conventional memory size is in KB
/Lend=ON Lend memory to ther applications-6646 KB available
/Delay=OFF write delay is disabled,caching is write-through

at the above statement i.e [DR-DOS]A:\> it stops and texteditor blinks if enter suppose \Delay=OFF it dispaly this statement

That you didn't create a CD from the ntpasswd iso. Many don't read the instructions so I suggest you try one more time.

With a boot option as
1. data disc
2. audio disc
3. bootable disc

Because i am unable to aceess NTPASSWORD re : offline >>>>error loading

The .ISO is a CD IMAGE which you create a CD from.

Since you don't supply the software title you use to make CDs I'll supply a name that will automatically do the right thing with the .ISO unless you over ride its choices.
