I am not a puting a dvd player because I never going to use it. I going download everything

I have some questions

Is this build more better than a ps4?

Can I use itunes, netflix and hbo go with Steam OS or I have to get windows 8.1?

Can I use Oculus Rift with it? (Note:I will get Oculus Rift in the future not now.)

Can I play battlefield 4,eve valkyrie and mechwarrior online.

Can it work on a 47" 1080p HDtv

If you help me in anyway I will thank you.
I going start building it next month.
