Building First PC ($700 Budget)

I'm interested in building my first PC, which I plan to use for gaming and school. Unfortunately, my current budget is $700, so I know I'm not going to have a High-End build. I don't have experience with selecting the best components while staying within budget, so I'm hoping that a few of you could select components for me. I'm excited to see what builds you guys come up with.

And to sweeten the deal, the person who comes up with the best build within the budget will receive a $50 gift card from either Amazon or Newegg. I would also like to hear everyone else's thoughts on the builds that are posted in the thread. I just want to reward someone for taking time out of their day to help me out.

Purchase Date: Within the next two weeks.

Budget Range: $700-750

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Video Editing

Are you buying a monitor: No

Stores: Newegg, Amazon, TigerDirect

Sorry for taking so long to post a response. I will be purchasing Windows 7, but don't add that to the budget when posting your builds.

Suggested Build

I have posted a link to a suggested pc that fits the budget. I got the part list from New Egg. Take a look and let me know what you think.
