Building a PC

I'm building a PC and since I'm not swimming in gold at the moment my budget is around $600. Before I go head and order the parts I'd like a second opinion. Please keep in mind I am for the most part not going to be using this PC for gaming. Mostly video rendering and other things. Here's a list of each component (links included).
