I want to build a video editing computer what do i need

If you want to build a computer for video editing, you need a big hard drive (more than 1TB), high performance CPU and video card, and a big RAM over 4GB is recommended. A powerful and stable power supplier is also important for your work. Of course, the specific configuration depends on how intensive your editing task is. If you have more details maybe I can help more.
If you're going to use more than 4GB of memory, you will need to run a 64-bit OS so that you can see all of the Memory and not just 4GB.
32-bit OS can only read 3.5gb to 4gb
