Build dating site

Hi not sure if this is the right section to post this but im trying to create 3 websites like snapfuck.nu and sexting.nu how is this possible to do very cheaply ?

Well, as you long as you built it yourself, the manpower to build is free. That's cheap enough?
If it's a big success, you might find free hosting sites to be insufficient for all those users. Then you would have to switch to paid hosting.

Be VERY sure that the security of the site you build is of the highest standard and so is the hosting. You wouldn't like to go the Ashley Madison way, would you?
