buffer overrun

help please........ i bought my son a pc for xmas, i also bought 2 download movies for him last week. yesterday i tried to burn them to disc, with about 10 mins to go i got error message burn failed an error log was created, i checked it and the error was given as buffer overrun??? the movies were only 1hr 28 mins and 1hr 40 each. i tried burning at medium and lowest speeds but got same result. my authoring programme is nero 7. all i can tell you about pc is it has 10024 mem 260 gig hd it is not a branded name pc, the dvd writer is a tsst cddvdw sh-s202n
