They are pretty disappointing on all fronts as they are not made to be fast and the quality is also lacking. It would be like going to a car dealer and wanting a Corvette for the price of a Cavalier. It just isn't going to happen.
For that price you will get an AMD E-series APU or an Intel Celeron or Pentium Dual Core if you are lucky. None will have very powerful onboard graphics and discrete graphics are never included in something like this.
Also, if you get something like this and think you might be able to upgrade the CPU down the road, many of these low end units have the CPU soldered onto the motherboard so you can't upgrade them.
These budget systems like this are the worst thing that has happened to computers. I get so many people unhappy with them and want to upgrade them but it is either no possible or costs more than the unit is worth so they have to buy another one. Many also seem to die off not long after the warranty is up. Wal-Mart, black Friday, and other cheap deals are too good to be true. Wal-Mart in particular dictates the prices at which vendors can sell them product. This means that the low price takes consideration over quality, speed, and everything else. Many even have Wal-Mart spec model numbers.
