BSOD with eror message

I was in the middle of my work with my laptop and then suddenly it rebooted. I can see a glimpse of blue screen before it rebooted but cant read it as it too fast to be read. After the system restart, it told me windows had experienced a serious error, gave me this error code:
BCCode : 1000007e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 804EB961 BCP3 : F78CABB4
BCP4 : F78CA8B0 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

C:\DOCUME~1\USER01\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER354b.dir00\sysdata.xml

I tried to do system restore but didn't work and it got more often to reboot

Btw, here's my laptop spec:
TOSHIBA M55 Sattelite
Intel Centrino 1.6 GHZ, 1.24 GB RAM

The last thing I remembered before all of this happened was installing Norton AV 2010 and run CCleaner

And here's some of the event viewer that has gone error (I don't know whether this would be useful or not):

What happens if you just neglect this error ...

and continue working?

Or are all automatic Windows Update functions affected from now on? Then, as a work-around, I would disable automatic updating and see what happens if you use the Windows update from Tools in Internet Explorer.

Already did what u told to...

Disabling auto update, install updates from IE (using IE7) and everything works well. But later I found out that if I AFK for sometime (lets say 30 min-1hr), it will auto reboot. When I log back in, I got the same code but different files eror:
C:\DOCUME~1\USER01\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER688a.dir00\Mini110610-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\USER01\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER688a.dir00\sysdata.xml

What sould I do?

Event ID 5.

I couldn't find much about Event ID: 5 especially for Crypt32. Are you sure that Event ID is correct?

I did find a Microsoft KB article about Event ID: 8 for crypt32 here;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317541

It seems this error occurs when Windows Root Certificates cannot update, eg;

"This behavior can occur if the Update Root Certificates component is turned on and the computer cannot connect to the Windows Update server on the Internet. The Update Root Certificates component automatically updates trusted root-certificate authorities from the Microsoft Update server at regular intervals".

Does this system have problems connecting to the internet? Or do you connect to the internet via a Proxy Server? See if the article helps.

The other Event ID 1003 I had more luck with at EventID.net here;
http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=1003&eventno=1274&source=System&phase=1

The Event source seems to be a System Error and this can point to faulty hardware, bad drivers or hardware incompatibility problems, although the "Error code 1000007e" is mentioned specifically by one contributor as down to a file he found from the Sonic MyDVD program.

May be that will help too. This seems to be two different problems. I don't know how significant that is, whether you are looking at general failure, or if you are just unlucky.
