BSOD stop error when OC'n psu be at fault? kernal power erro

msi g31tm-p21 intel pentium dual core e5200 - 4 G DDR 800 samsung - 500 gb hitachi sata 7200 rpm hd - asus en9400gt 1gb

error seems to happend anything over 3.0 ghs 1000 fsb...what i donot undersand why this automatic msi dual core center over clocker doesent change voltage of cpu at all??im pretty sure its the psu at fault seeing how its a 250w psu and only 6A on the 12v rail....can anyone confirm itd be much apreciated??

Since the CPU is not rated for that speed, are you going to fix this with a speedier CPU and if need be, more power?

Overclocking is never assured. Didn't anyone tell you that?
