BSOD keyboard error

I have WinXP and have a BSOD error. I noticed while booting up and soon after the XP logo, the screen flashed a short text of "keyboard error". Soon after that, I get the BSOD with the following error:
STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X0804E3377, 0XF75960F0, 0X00000000)
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

It's a Windows thing that I must gloss over.

-> Move forward to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315335 and follow its guidance about removing what hardware you can, drop to one stick of RAM and try again.

If you installed a Logitech keyboard or other driver you didn't share such so I'll not offer that one.
