BSNL-Enabled Samsung Smart Hub

by HUnique / May 30, 2012 5:53 AM PDT

First of all, a very hearty thanks to CNET for giving me access to the "CNET-World" !
I am having Samsung UA40D5500RR and BSNL powered broadband connection [Modem: Huawei Quidway WA1003A]. I wanted to make use of the Smart Hub feature by connecting the above said ADSL modem to the LED through ethernet port. At first I encountered with error message - "Please check if DHCP is enabled". So carrying out further research, enabled the DHCP setting of the modem through the standard modem configuration procedure. Now, the DHCP-error is solved but a new error has surfaced - "Please check the DNS server setting or check whether internet access is provided by the service provider or not."
Have kept the internet settings in "AUTO" mode.
Please help...
