Browsing problem

I just having a problem. i dont know if my PC or on web browsing. My ASUS laptop is i7 and windows 8 but the apps is not working or syncing with my computer. i can't sign in to microsoft, No internet connection in store, cannot connect on skype. and i am installing adobe photoshop cs6 but won't connect on sign in even on adobe website no login page or just a white screen.

Is there a problem with my Computer? I can watch facebook video post in other computer but on my own ASUS Laptop with i7 processor windows 8 64bit i cannot play video or watch it. It keep on loading with a black video screen no option. Youtube video plays normally even video in other site. Only videos on FB, also criminal case games not working. Can someone who could help me with this? or guide me thru. I already refresh and reinstall windows 8 same problem occur.

1. How do you long in to Windows 8?

Do you use a local account or MS account? To access the store you need Microsoft account set up. You can login with local account but MUST use MS account to get to store.

You should be prompted when you first login. Is this where your you can't sing into MS.


2. Do you have an internet connection at all? IS your wireless turned on? If you have internet connection next do Windows update and get Windows up to date.

I have an internet connection. I can open any website and i can use normally my browsing true desktop not on apps. Apps won't work and not syncing with my pc. I open skype apps and it shows not working try check store. when i open store apps it show no internet connection. I tried to change my local account to MS account but no luck it shows the service unable to connect. my windows is up to date all drivers is up to date. I already check for error. scan for driver update. But until now i cannot connect to microsoft. I cannot connect to adobe login page. I can't watch facebooks video on feeds but youtube videos working normally.

come in Windows 8. If you get an internet connection I would download VLC video player and see if that helps. Pretty much what you explaining it' hard to diagnose without seeing.

I have a windows media player, i have a realplayer, now i have a vlc player. The problem is i can't connect to microsoft to login or use microsoft account on my windows app. When i open windows store apps message shows "Youre PC isn't connected to internet. To use the store, connect to the internet and try again.". When i tried to switch to microsoft account and login my account then it loads after that it show "The service isn't available right now - Try again later." I having this problem for more than two weeks until now. I tried a couple of time to refresh the windows - no luck same problem. Tried to restart and re-install windows - same problem.

Even when i tried to install Adobe photoshop and need to sign in nothing happens it keeps on loading to sgin in page. I tried to open adobe website and it open normally i can check any adobe page. But when i tried to download flash player no download button. So luckily i download it in other computer or i use google chrome. When i tried to click the sign in in adobe website it opens the login/sign page with white page and a html text on it but can't login. I tried and check with adobe forum but i can't post my problem because i cannot sign in. I check with other forums but no luck.

On my Facebook problem. I can open normally my facebook account/page read feeds, upload pics, upload vids. But when i tried to watch facebook videos post/feeds just loading the black screen videoit keeps on loading no luck to watch it or play. Youtube videos normally playing. I tried to check all even my graphics card, windows display tried to check everything even ask from others forum until now no answer and no luck.

I can open all my problems and error normally in other computer. So i think the problem is in my PC or windows. But tried to scan for error and troubleshoot no problems.

Is anyone can help me with this?

It is a boring thing, you have problem on your pc. But , you can get solutions for all almost every problems from internet. I have done many such troubleshooting browsing internet only. Search your problem, you will get your solutions.
