1. Created Internet Web pages by programs, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office, and Publisher are not always created equally and viewing may depend on the browser used.

g. "I Can't Print a Set of Web Pages Without Getting an Error Message."

2. From Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options, File types and look for MHTML to see if the action has been set:

"C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\iexplore.exe"

3. Check the Use DDE box and then input the following for boxes 1, 2, and 4.:

"file://%1",,-1,,,,,

IExplore

WWW OpenURLNewWindow

Cursorcowboy, Thanks for the web reading.
MHTML and DDE boxes checked, all ok.
still can only get some pages to view, and only from the history, not favourites.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
