I have windows XP home, version 2002, service pack 3, pentium(R} 4 CPU 2.00GHz, 2.02 GHz,480 MB of RAM,Using either Internet Explorer or Firefox I cannot conect to any Microsoft site I have replaced both browsers with no luck.If anyone can help I would be very greatful.Sonny.

you have to give some try to Google Chrome. It is reliable and fast browser. And also easy to use.

!) Restore the system back before the install date. 2) download the Windows XP version in a different folder. Be sure it's not 'Vista, or 7. 3) Reboot befor opening the browsers.
