I have a BD-E6500-ZC 3D Blu Ray player with Smart TV Application. Software version 001053
Last week when I started web browser; A message indicated new update available and I tried to obtain update. Update seemed to download ok but when browser restarted; it hung up with loading sign in centre of screen. I have never been able to use browser again. All other apps seem to work ok and connect fine to internet. How do I reset web browser back to its original source code ?
