Look at IE and other browsers and how you can disable various META REFRESH or cross site scripting.
Such is a common ploy of spyware and malware writers which will cause more and more failures for those that had a legitimate use.

I work in technology for a huge Bank. We have redirects out from our online banking site over to external vendors who host certain pieces of our functionality - bill pay, account aggregation, etc. When we redirect users over from our servers to the vendor servers, it is facilitated through the user's browser. At any time .5% of the users leave our site intact and well, but never get to the vendors' sites. Is there anyone who can send me to a place to learn about an industry norm on the percentage of failed redirects between websites that manage sessions across different servers? Or is anyone that is reading this aware of such a standard? Thanks.
