Question

browser issues - not available

Apr 19, 2015 3:24AM PDT

I've been searching the internet thin for solutions on this, but it seems hopeless.

I use Chrome, run on Windows 7 and around 3 days ago I started having major issues loading several websites. It comes up with the "not available" error and I've tried almost everything.

It so happens that the issue persists on other browsers and on my mobile device.

I've checked my router and internet connection and everything seems fine, there's been no changes.... I find it rather puzzling..

Any advice on this?

The internet is not a sure thing but try

Try the Google DNS of 8.8.8.8.

Try reseting Chrome (on the web how...)

Since you have a mobile device, it could be that (you didn't share which) site.

Do you consider the option of Windows 7 preinstallation? You said it happened on other browsers too. Try preinstallation. It'll take only 30 minutes. May be the problem will be resolved.
