Browser can't find Deviantart

I have Windows 7 and am using the lastest version of Mozilla Firefox and recently started having trouble opening deviantart.com. It started yesterday. I thought it was just down but today I had a friend bring up the site with no problems at all. I've cleared everything and have had no luck. I'm using Comodo Internet security but I haven't touched the settings. What is wrong? I've tried that ping www.deviantart.com that a friend said but that brought me to a google search result with ping and deviantart in the search engine. Help!!!

Does it work in Internet Explorer?

That would be a good test of browser problems or system problems. If it works in IE, then that points to Firefox.

How did you do the ping test? The normal way is from the Command Prompt as shown in the image below;

That doesn't show anything like Google searches.

What error messages do you see when you type www.deviantart.com in the Firefox address bar and press Enter?

That it couldn't find the page. That it was typed wrong or something was wrong with my firewall settings. But I checked my settings (they hadn't been touched from when it did work). My friend said to put it in the address bar "ping www.deviantart.com". It got me the google search results thing. How do you get the command window up?

Command Prompt.

Goto the Start bubble button, then All programs > Accessories > Command Prompt, then type in ping www.deviantart.com and press Enter.

Ping will try 4 times to connect to www.deviantart.com. Post the results here. You can't copy/paste from the Command Prompt, but a screen print will do.

Does Internet Explorer display this web site?

I just tried again and for some reason it works fine now. Nothing changed but for some reason it just decided to work. I'll bookmark this page so if it ever does it again, I'll know what to do. Thanks all the same. If you have any theories as to why it just started working, feel free to share them Grin
