Brother MFC-J6510DW pages upside down printing PDF booklet

I have a Brother MFC-J6510DW. I created a booklet in word, that prints fine when printed from word. When I save it as, or print it to, a pdf then when I try to print it, every other page is upside down. I'm using Adobe acrobat 9 pro. I've tried changing settings... and still have the problem. Any help would be MOST appreciated.

It's either their software or the printer settings.
