Question

Broken laptop screen and uinstalled intel HD 4000

Sep 5, 2015 8:52AM PDT

Hi guys

First of all I want to excuse my poor english.

I have a samsung laptop and I manage to break the LCD screen so I can't use it if I don't connect it to a external moniter/tv. But recently I find that the connection from my laptop to the tv gives a blurry vision of the desktop, and stupid me tried to fix it. I thought that if I uinnstalled the intregrated graphic card (intel hd 4000), it will automatic innstalled it again and fix the blurry screen on TV.

So now I can't do anything to fix my computer. Do anyone got a suggestion of what I can do? I have taken out the hard drive and copy everything thats important. I thought to myself, maybe I can try to get a folder of Intel 4000 and paste it on the hard drive and the driver will be there ?

If there is something unclear, just ask me the question and I will try my best to explain better/more.

PLz help me guys !

You arrange to have it repaired. Many laptops are not designed to run without the LCD so if you can't fix it, you have it fixed. As to the Intel 4000, Windows in Safe mode doesn't need that and if the LCD is broken, you fix the broken hardware first.

Well, that wasnt that helpful. It would cost a fortune to get it repair (the lcd screen). I am a poor student at the moment. But either way , thank you for contribution Wink

Sometimes folk need to know that laptops are like this and need the reminders.

Anyhow, once in a while folk are looking for magic. Since you are in school, ask their IT for an assist. Here they have, and mind you it's rare some PCs for students in a bind.

Well, I dont understand what you mean by reminder. You are just stating the fact that everything can be fixed by money. U dont think that I have tried all the possibilities? I am here cuz I need help for a software problem, not a hardware problem. No **** that my laptop would be fixed if I fixed the screen. Why would I be in this forum if I had the resources to fix my computer.

Sir, plz stop stating the facts for me Happy
