If downloading, then reinstalling the driver at the link above doesn't fix the issue, try restarting the computer into Safe Mode, then go to Device Manager and UNINSTALL the Broadcom device (including any duplicates of the same device, if there are any), then restart the computer.. Vista should re-recognize the device and install it.. If need be, reinstall the drivers again after Vista re-recognizes it.

I have a Compaq Presario V6000 notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium(unfortunately). Yesterday all of a sudden I cannot connect to my home network and I get a windows box saying my Broadcom Driver is not compatible with Windows anymore. I contacted HP and they have no fixes or updated drivers that they claim of. I am very frustrated with this as well as Vista altogether and was hoping for a solution. Thanks.
