Broadband Usage

Does anyone know a program which can tell me how much data i'm dowloading whilst using the internet over a certain period of time? A lot of U.K ISP's providing broadband have usage limits such as 15GB a month download limits. Im currently using AOL which has no download limit, but I'm just curious as to how much data im downloading each month as web surfing is included as well as downloading files. If anyone knows of a program it would be greatly appreciated!

On its screen is the total bytes sent and received.

Cheers mate, I downloaded that porgram but it was a little to complicated for what I was looking for, but i found a cool little program called Bandwidth minotr Pro which is pretty cool, monitors day by day downloading and gives a total too. thanks again.
