Broadband modem and USB

by bee / September 15, 2006 3:50 AM PDT

Just a quick question :). I was just wondering if it would make a difference if a broadband modem was plugged into USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 (ie might it be faster if plugged into USB 2.0)? Thanks.

Im not sure i know what one of those is and i dont think i have one anyway. I've had my modem connected to usb 1.1 ever since i got it. Just wondered if it would make any difference if it was connected to 2.0 thats all :).

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
