Broadband (DSL vs Cable) Selection Options in Dallas, Texas

Hello,
Thank you for any help. I am looking to start a small start up that will include a telemarketing department with about 5-10 people. I would like to use VOIP and I found a hosted PBX service that seems good. Now, I have to choose a broadband provider. Any suggestions? Dangers?

The start up will be in Dallas, TX so the incumbents are Comcast and SBC.
