Question

broadband disconnection

my broadband randomly disconnect from my devices and takes 4-8 minutes to reconnect. what can i do to resolve this and what causes it?

Things to try:
1. Connect with an Ethernet cable and see if that works OK.
2. See if your devices work fine elsewhere.
3. Another router or a wireless access point.
