You must set the router up wired, then turn on the wireless radio, then unplug the PC, then search for wireless signals.
I'm assuming the router is connected to a modem? Gotta have both.
Then, this is the proper sequence:
Turn everything off. Power up thus - modem, wait for the lights; router, wait for the lights; laptop, search for wireless networks.
So i just purchased a NetGear Wireless internet router for my newly purchased HP laptop, and i have everything set up correctly but it says i have no internet access, when i went and scanned it for problems its saying that my broadband modem is having connectivity issues, but the internet is working fine on my desktop. Help?
