Let me state that XP's Search is "not good."
Did you use a command-line method? Here's how:
1. Open a command-line window.
2. Alter the command to fit the letter you need to search.
3. DIR E:\*.DBX /A/S/P

Greetings & Thanks in advance:
Lightning murdered my Toshiba Laptop(xpPro):
Removed HDD and installed it into:
Hotdrive -2.5" Portable External HDD Enclosure Case
from http://www.globalpremier.com/hotdrive.html
and attached thru USB;
Restored most files onto new[Thanks to extended 2 yr warranty] Toshiba Laptop(xpPro).
Problem is with OutlookExpress files and Folders from old computer:
I can't find them on old disk. Normally under OE, LeftMouseClick on InBox, then click Properties, will yield Inbox location.
Search old disk for *.dbx yields 0. As does search for content.
How can i locate and get these files over.
Thanks! ..Vern
