The tech will usually get a hold of you in a day or so. If you haven't heard from your tech in that period of time, you might try calling back 800-SAMSUNG to see if one of the technical support operators can give you the contat information of your technician.

Last night I was watching my two month old last night and it turned it self off, then turned itself back on, and since then, the picture is completely blurry and has almost no color. It's like the backlight died and the color is off. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I have contacted SAMSUNG regarding the warranty and a technician is supposed to come look at the problem. Any idea how long it will take to get it fixed with the SAMSUNG technician? Thanks.
