Hey, I just bought a Zire 72 at Furtureshop and the first time I had it out using it as an mp3 player in my pocket while i ride my bike, the screen broke.
I have no idea how, I just pulled it out to change the track and the screen was cracked.
I've been given a huge run around by FS and also by the extended warranty company. Funny thing is, FS return policy says I should be able to bring it back if I am not 100% satisfied (minus if it has physical abuse; yet I believe this is a defect for being soo weak)
To top it all off the salesman told me I could bring it back in the first 2 weeks if it broke, no matter what.
Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, and had FS take it back? (because then I could just use that as a precidence)
