Hi, Mary Kay.

Haven't you heard? There are a lot of them on the market now! Of course, the FTC is trying to get the media to stop accepting ads for most of them! (Media urged to reject weight-loss ads; FTC asks newspapers, TV networks to screen ?deceptive? advertising).

In all serious ness, there probably will be very effective new tools available in another 5-10 years, but they won't be cheap. Basically, drugs that interact with the body's satiety control circuitry.
