bp460 bluyray wireless dongle

I only have utube app that came already on my dongle. Can't access anything else. Picks up wifi okay. I can't to navigate / download more apps The remote doesn't have the interactive@tv button. What am I missing

I'm not sure I understand. This is regarding the BD-P4600?

The apps don't come on the dongles, but should be available in the menu along with the other apps. Internet@TV is for 2010 models, and the BD-P4600 is a 2009 model.
