Question

Bowers and wilkins p7 + laptop

Apr 12, 2017 12:12PM PDT

I own a pair of bowers and wilkins p7 wireless headphones. They work great on my phone or when I listen to music on my laptop.

My problem starts when I want to skype a friend while playing on my gaming laptop. If i want to hear him I cant hear the game and vice-versa.

Basically i need to have the headphones on "handsfree" to hear my friend and If i try to switch to stereo, the ability to talk on skype disappears. I cant use both skype and game with audio at the same time. Furthemore,if I start a youtube song while on skype, headset goes into high stereo quality and shuts off the handsfree.

How can I have them working like normal headsets ? I want to talk on skype, play games and listen to youtube at the same time like you can with all normal headsets. Is this normal behaviour for bluetooth devices?

To make matters worse, even if I am on skype or discord talking to someone the headphones think Im not using them and shut off to save power.
