Boundary issue...

by John.Wilkinson / September 24, 2007 9:19 AM PDT

In both Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0 I have noticed that the page is randomly loaded incorrectly, displaying this boundary issue. Perhaps better for site support, but I haven't found any way of reproducing it on demand. Anyhow, I promise this will be my last one for now. Happy

I sent a page like that to Lee, a while back. I forgot to tell hime I was using Mozilla Firefox. Lee would probably need the url and the techs will correct it.

Trying to reproduce this

In reply to: John,

I can't seem to reproduce this on anyone's PC here. I hate bugs like this! Does it only happen on a particular page, or any page on the site? Is it only on

Since the overhaul it's happened to me about a dozen times, out of potentially 100+ individual download page visits. (Downloading software myself, grabbing links for members, etc.) One interesting thing is it's only happened on download pages (none in particular), not the mainpage, blogs/articles, or search pages. It's entirely at random, but isn't particular about the browser. I considered reporting it through the Help Center, but couldn't pinpoint anything so I dismissed it until this forum opened. If I find a commonality I'll let you know.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
