If the settings don't correct it then you are left with little choice but to make a reason to get a refund.
After connecting my Bose Cinemate 120 soundbar to my TV through the HDMI (ARC) connection all works well. Sound coming through soundbar just fine, but when I go into Smart Hub and access any of my apps the sound will no longer play through my soundbar. It automatically diverts itself back to TV and I have the TV sound disabled because I want to use the soundbar. I spoke to the Samsung folks 4 different times yesterday and nothing they had me change or do fixed the problem. Has anyone else run into this issue and can you help me fix my problem?
