BootMgr is Missing after Vista Install

Feb 22, 2007 12:08PM PST

Did a clean install of Vista Home Premium on C Hard Drive. After installing Vista PC will not reboot without Installation Disk in Drive. Get a "Disk Error Message". This is same problem I had with 1st Beta Release of Vista. I'm iunstalling 64 bit version.

I've tried everything. Gone to Repair Console and ran Fixboot and Fix Mbr. Nothing works.

Am actually thinking about scraping my PC and going Apple.

Can anyone help???
