Booting issue

My HP desktop (which has Windows 7, was planning to install 10) refuses to boot up, with a boot error message. Here's the screenshot of the setup. It had an problem with the RAID array - there was an error message at the bottom right: "AMD RAIDXpert Task 20 timeout on disk (Port Number 1, Target ID1) etc, and after about 30 minutes, the screen would freeze up, seized by blue specks. I disabled the array, and haven't been able to boot up since. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
