Boot CD with Nero 7 Essentials?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a boot Cd with Nero 7 Essentials? From what I've read, I need to use Nero-Burning ROM, but I don't think that is part of the Nero 7 Essential package. Is there anyway to do it with what I have?

This is an XP Pro.

Microsoft doesn't issue Windows on a bootable CD and Nero doesn't do that either. Maybe you need KNOPPIX or Ubuntu to get files out? Read http://tips.oncomputers.info/archives2004/0401/2004-Jan-11.htm

That was 4 years ago and it's much better today!
